Hey everyone! Just a quick post because I just wanted to share these pictures. If you read my last post, I mentioned that I was filming a project for English and that I was doing a bit of stage/costume makeup for it. We created a film adaption of James Joyce's "The Sisters" from Dubliners, and one of the characters is an old man.
I did my friend's makeup for this, and I thought it turned out pretty well! We were in a time crunch because we had to play multiple characters and do multiple outfits/makeup for everything, but it worked out pretty well (though I must admit I lost my patience a few times).
So here is the before picture! (She makes hilarious faces... love her)

And after:
I think it turned out pretty well, even though I did it in less than 10 minutes! I actually really have a passion for makeup, and especially transformation stage/costume makeup, so those 10 minutes were the highlight of my day.
These are some extra pictures from the project. The first is my friend writing a placard prop for my project (she has beautiful calligraphy), and next is the whole group posing for a picture (we were dressed as Indians/Native Americans! Somewhat...). I am the one on the far left with a red feather!
Thank you for reading! I should have another blog post up sometime tomorrow.
